Our products are stored directly with our manufacturer in Asia or Europe. We have chosen to outsource our shipping service to increase efficiency and offer our customers around the world the best conditions for receiving their products.

The products will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. It is your responsibility to provide correct and accurate information. We cannot be held responsible for shipments made to incorrect addresses.

Ownership of the merchandise passes to the customer as soon as the products are shipped and leave our warehouses. We are not responsible for any issues that arise during transit.
